2. What time is check in?

Rooms are available at 14.00 of the day of arrival until 11.00 on the day of departure.

3. What if arrive before 14.00?

If the room is ready you will be able to enter straight away(without addition surcharge) If it isn’t ready then you can leave your luggage and use hotel facilities.

4. What Time is Check Out?

The rooms have to be free by 11.00 a.m but you can leave your bags in our storage room till your departure

5. LDoes the hotel have a pool?

Yes, at the Residence Brown across the street. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests during the opening hours.

6. What type of rooms are available in the hotel?

Our rooms can host up to 1 to 4 people and the following options are available: double room for single use, double room, triple and quadruple room with bunk bed.

7. Who do I ask if I want sunbeds and beach umbrellas at the beach?

You can ask the life guard or choose the specific All inclusive package and pay at the hotel

8. Is it possible to have discounted tickets for the Parks?

You can purchase discounted tickets at reception and you won’t have to wait in line. You can enter the parks for free the day after.

9. What time can I go to the restaurant?

Breakfast is from 7.30 to 9.30 a.m.
Lunch is from 1 p.m. to 2.00 p.m.
Dinner is from 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m.

10. What if one has special dietary needs?

You just need to mention this when you book. Then you can choose the most suitable menu when you speak to kitchen staff.

11. What if I need a doctor?

You can go to the doctor’s surgery where there is a doctor on duty or the doctor is available and come to the hotel 24/24. You pay the doctor directly.

12. What are the methods of payment?

We accept cash payments up to a certain amount according to the legally allowed amount. Over that amount you can by Credit card or cash card.

13. What if I need an invoice?

Please tell staff when you make your booking and give them your fiscal information.

14. Is there a night porter/guard?

Yes. The hotel has 24 hour security.

15. Do you allow animals/pets?

Yes, we allow small to medium sized pets but they cannot enter the pool or restaurant areas. They are allowed at the beach and there are spaces around the hotel where they can run and play in safety.

16. I have to pay city tax?

Yes, city tax is compulsory and must be paid directly in hotel. The amount is 1.50 per day, and per person for a 7 night maximum.

About 1 km, 10 minutes by walk. By bus, take the line nr. 11 in front of the central station, bus stop nr. 12, straight on in Viale Trento, Hotel Brown is 500 mt in the left corner.

19. What area is your hotel located in?

Marina Centro: 500 mt from the sea, 1.2 km from the old town

20. How do I get to the centre?

By walk in 10 minutes.

21. Is there a car park?

Yes, there is a little internal car park at the hotel. Parking is not bookable.
